Engine Hours: 4,961

The previous owner replaced the main engine as they ran it through with salt water. This destroyed the high pressure pump and the fuel system. This was about 1,500 hours ago.

There are now 2 water alarms on the fuel system plus a polishing transter system. I also check via the inspection hatches in the tanks for any water and to date there has not been any. My suspicion is that someone didn't clean and lubricate the filler after filling and it leaked during a passage.

I am a fastidious with maintenance as having a reliable boat is key to enjoying her.

Oil is changed every 100 hrs on the genset and main engine plus all the other checks and service items all done before schedule. I also put in a fresh water flushing system for the engine, genset and the aircon. The flush is done when on the dock or when we are going to be on anchor in a bay for more than a week. There's a camera in the engine room.
